Our team of Business Development Managers and Account Managers are here to assist. We can provide proposals for Nurse Call and Security solutions.

We are also here to assist your facility with any upgrades you require or additional equipment. In most cases we can remotely assist and aren’t required to attend your facility.

Alexys can still provide tenders for new projects and quotes for other works. Please contact one of our team to discuss.

Our systems are designed for online support and have minimal impact on your IT infrastructure, they are lightweight and always connected.

On Site Support

Alexys takes health and safety very seriously and with this challenging time, we have increased our safety procedures to protect us all.

Our entire frontline staff – including Sales  Team, Projects Team, Technicians and Installers have all undertaken training on how to protect our clients, residents and ourselves. Should it be required to attend site we will follow your health and safety practices. However; we have also adopted the following:

  • N95 Mask must be worn around residents and public spaces
  • Latex Gloves must be worn at all times
  • Follow social distancing with RACF staff and residents
  • Wash and sterilize hands and tools regularly
  • Staff must not enter any Residential Aged Care Facility with flu like symptoms

Alexys will continually train and support our staff, ensuring that best practices are always maintained for the health and wellbeing of us all.
