Who is Alexys Australia?
The three directors and owners of Alexys Australia have worked together for the past 15 years. Each one has in excess of 15 years’ experience working in healthcare, more accurately; designing equipment, installing systems and operating Questek Australia Pty Ltd.
BART (MARKETING DIRECTOR)
Bart began his career with Questek Australia more than 25 years ago. He project managed Questek installations before working as the national Business Development Manager. From 2004-2013 Bart was the General Manager of Questek. In this role he grew the business to become the number one Aged Care Nurse Call business in Australia.
Bart brings a wealth of knowledge to his current role as Marketing Director at Alexys Australia. He continues to work with the Aged Care community, providing industry leading nurse call and communications systems.
DENNIS (MANAGING DIRECTOR)
Dennis, as an industrial design expert, was instrumental in the development and production of all Questek nurse call hardware from 2001-2015. So it is the look, feel and quality of the Questek system that Dennis created. During this time, Dennis innovated and led the industry in Aged Care specific nurse call design. It is this industry expertise that Dennis brings to the Alexys designs.
MARK (TECHNICAL DIRECTOR)
Mark’s chose to join Alexys Australia as a partner and has brought with him installation knowledge and software engineering skills. Mark and his team have developed a new generation of software, leading to faster installations and reduced support requirements.

Our maintenance agreements include an annual health check that tests your system and gives you a detailed report on the condition of your nurse call system. This means you are always receiving any system improvements and feature upgrades, including new time saving features.
Alexys Australia supports a range of legacy nurse call solutions including many popular systems that still use serial communications. With a simple head end upgrade, Alexys Australia may be able to keep your site operable when the original manufacturer has stopped supporting your system.
